We finally stopped out at The Wally Spot on Main St in Green Bay, WI.
We stopped out for dinner on a Friday night. It was our first time there. The restaurant is a Supper Club. It also offers a dinning hall for corporate meetings, formal dinners, and receptions. I haven’t done a wedding there yet. The place is dated, but clean. The staff was very friendly. The menu is typical of a supper club. The menu items start at $20. I ordered the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. The portion was large. The jumbo scrimp was warm at best. The pasta was hot, but very bland. If I had to do it over, I would have tried one of the steak selections. During dinner, our server surprised us with a small sample of breaded catfish. I was really impressed by this. The sample was better than my whole meal! The owner came and did a table visit which I appreciated. Because of the level of service, I will give the restaurant a second chance to convince me of their food.
